All prices are subject to VAT (UK) and carriage, minimum order value is £250 inc VAT. Carriage paid on orders for £550 inc VAT to UK mainland. No Minimum on products allowing you to mix and match to your heart content. We prefer bricks and mortar shops to accompany any eCommerce sites. We try to make sure we don’t over saturate our products in all locations, however cannot guarantee stockist exclusivity in specific locations. 

We recommend signing up to our emails to keep up to date with product launches and events. 

HOW TO ORDER

Once approved you will have access to the wholesale area of Constance & Denny and be able to view the trade prices and see the availability. You will notice that not all products are available to trade. The items not available will not have the trade prices shown.

Simply select the items you require and check out through the website and we will ship within 5-7 days. If we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we will contact the purchaser promptly from hello@constanceanddenny.com

PAYMENT

First orders are accepted on pro-forma payment prior to shipping and then we work to 30 days payment terms, from the date of invoice, upon approval.

SHIPPING

If products are out of stock, we will endeavour to notify the Purchaser as soon as possible. We charge a flat £10 delivery fee but shipping is included for orders of £550 inc VAT and over.

Delivery dates must be regarded as approximate only and whilst we try to avoid delays, we do not accept liability for any loss, cost or expense whether direct or indirect arising from delay.

SUPPLY OF GOODS

We try our best to ensure that our products are not stocked in multiple locations within the same area, but we cannot guarantee stockists exclusivity in specific locations.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all products but batches do vary (it is the nature of block printing) and colours can look different in photographs.

Vintage kantha and Suzani are not ‘perfect’ this is the nature of these vintage pieces.

Our Indian Paintings are hand painted and placed in recycled frames. These do show signs of age and wear and can be shown in chips, small cracks and marks. We feel they reflect a past life and is part of the charm.

The Purchaser undertakes to accept delivery as and when notified by the seller.

The Purchaser must advise us in writing in the event of any shortfall, partial loss, damage or defect within three days of the delivery date.
