Cancellation policy

Please let us know within 14 days from purchase if you wish to cancel or return an item. This can be done by emailing hello@constanceanddenny and stating the reason for the return.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Please return the item in the original packaging to 123 High Street, Hadleigh, Suffolk IP7 5EJ.

Once we have received the item a refund will be proceed to the original payment method. Please note that delivery costs are not refunded.
